A Leader in Transforming Healthcare & Aging Innovation
Tanya steps into the CEO role with more than two decades of experience leading strategic initiatives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and public health. Prior to joining Public Works, she played a key role in scaling neuroscience and cognitive health innovation globally as Vice President of Healthcare & Research at Cogstate. She has worked extensively with healthcare leaders, senior living organizations, and policymakers to develop solutions that enhance quality of care, improve patient and provider experiences, and drive innovation in the aging sector.
As a board director and strategic advisor, Tanya has helped mission-driven organizations navigate complex systems, build stronger cross-sector partnerships, and implement evidence-based strategies. Her leadership is defined by a deep commitment to equity, accessibility, and designing better health experiences.
