Designing
infrastructure
that advances
health &
well-being

Grounded in lived experience.
Backed by evidence & operational excellence.
Proven in practice.

01/05

Efforts to improve health often focus on solutions. We focus on people. We design services, systems, spaces, and technologies alongside those who use and deliver them.

Because outcomes don't change unless people do. And people need infrastructure to helps them understand and navigate change.

02/05

By integrating science, lived experience, and operational innovation throughout the design process, we help organizations:

Discover what drives behaviors, operations and outcomes

Create infrastructure people understand, trust and use

Optimize infrastructure as conditions evolve

Build the capacity to learn, unlearn and innovate

03/05

When services, systems, spaces, and technologies are designed to support people through change, progress compounds.

Capacities expand

Insight becomes action

Outcomes improve

CURRENTLY WORKING IN :

We transformed a clinically valid cognitive assessment into a commercially viable tool for the early detection of mild cognitive impairment in doctors' offices and homes across the U.S.

Transforming cognitive assessments. Strengthening Alzheimer's care.

We analyzed workflows across North America. Then, designed strategies that reduced friction, enhanced experiences, and improved operational visibility—recovering $2.5M in annual capacity without reducing staff or increasing workload.

Streamlining operations. Elevating experiences and capacity.

We redesigned how cognitive assessment results are experienced and understood—reducing emotional burden, improving interpretation, and supporting proactive brain health monitoring.

Humanizing data. Advancing early detection of mild cognitive impairment.

We guided the development of an integrated care model that translates science, lived experience, and operational realities into services, systems, and spaces for children with complex needs and their families across a new $220M hospital.

Building a model for integrated care. Supporting children and families.

We designed an 8-month learning experience to help one of the largest insurers in the U.S. become more responsive to the people it serves.

Embedding human-centered ways of working. Rebuilding trust.

We built a sonification system that transformed groundwater data into a participatory model for environmental monitoring and protection.

Sonifying data. Expanding groundwater stewardship.
